We are pleased to announce that Gexcon’s Research Engineer Melodía Lucas will deliver a presentation on design challenges related to hydrogen explosions at the Innovation Day 2023 hosted by Petroleumstilsynet (Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority).
Melodía will discuss the role of hydrogen in the energy transition and the challenges when doing risk assessments for new and existing hydrogen installations. She will also present the work-in-progress to improve the models’ predictions in FLACS-Hydrogen for consequence analysis.
This event will be held in Stavanger, Norway, on February 1st, 2023.
