Gexcon’s Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team are pleased to announce that Gexcon AB, Gexcon’s subsidiary in Sweden, is now officially established to support our clients in Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
This decision comes as part of Gexcon’s continuous efforts to expand our international coverage and make our global solutions widely available to organisations requiring support in the management of risk, and improvement of their overall process safety performance.
Gexcon AB will provide all the core complex process safety and risk management services currently offered by other Gexcon entities, such as CFD-based safety studies, hydrogen safety studies, process safety and risk management consultancy, structural response analysis, and advanced engineering software sales. Our Swedish entity will also connect clients to our fire and explosion testing facility in Norway.
To lead our Swedish branch, Jonny Danielsson has been formally appointed as Managing Director, where he will be responsible for operational leadership and management oversight.
Gexcon’s Board of Directors commented:
‘’The past couple of years have without a doubt brought many challenges to global organisations and the economy. Gexcon has, like many others, overcome the extraordinary demands placed on our business to find this avenue of growth, and we are delighted that Gexcon AB is officially the latest addition to our global presence, allowing us to share knowledge and offer our expertise in the field of process safety and risk management to the wider market.’’
The Executive Leadership Team commented:
’’We are extremely proud of the efforts and integrity that Gexcon has shown during what has been a difficult time for the global economy. With hard work and determination, we have been able to pursue and implement our growth strategy plan and are extremely pleased that Jonny Danielsson will lead this venture. Jonny will bring his wealth of experience and passion for energy transition to ensure that clients within Sweden, Denmark, and Finland are fully supported and will benefit from all the core complex risk and process safety management services currently offered by the global organisation.’’
