FLACS 20.2 is now live – a minor software update to improve the user experience.

The update does not include any critical changes and includes a number of bug fixes in response to customer feedback.

A major update to Gexcon’s flagship computational fluid dynamics software went live at the beginning of October.

Rewritten from the ground up, it now offers better integration and digitalisation capabilities, improved workflows and greater flexibility.

FLACS 20.2 represents more than 40 years of extensive and unrivalled modelling and validation work based on real-life testing.

Chris Coffey, Global FLACS Product & Strategic Business Development Manager, said:

“We are pleased to inform users of our latest software update which has been introduced to improve the user experience.
“Responding to feedback from our customers, the software update does not include any significant changes but simply resolves a number of bugs that had come to light.
“Any results generated using FLACS 20.1 remain accurate and valid.
“This update forms part of our continuous drive to improve the quality and user experience of FLACS.”
